We are looking for a System Engineer to support the Factory Automation department of a global pharmaceutical company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the backend factory automation system and infrastructure.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Proven working experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., MongoDB, Windows and Linux).
• Advanced scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, LUA, Python).
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Proactive and autonomous work style.
• Fluent English.

OTHER VALUABLE SKILLS (PLUS):

• Knowledge in API, implementation and documentation is a plus.
• Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) is a plus.
• OPC Protocol knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Install, configure, test, and maintain Inmation application software and components.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential botlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers or develop to implement those fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide some support
• Create minor scripts in LUA for Inmation.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
