We are looking for a Learning Consultant for project to transform local to global tools.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development/Psychology, or other related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365-related technologies like Sharepoint.
• Ability to:
  • Design courses and learning materials (Powerpoint, videos, Zoom)
  • Conduct virtual and in-person trainings.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Designing and executing the framework for providing on-demand group training from Learning Portfolio.
• Consulting with the customer to understand their learning needs and assess their knowledge maturity on Learning topics.
• Create video tranining slides.
• Live Zoom trainings for the entire marketing and sales team, located in Spain and Portugal.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
