We are looking for a "Project Management Support” who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.

You will support the IT Project Manager for the Campus Access LAN and Wireless LAN projects in project planning and execution, project financial management (purchase requistion follow-up, forecast and actuals controlling) and project communication (Steering Committee, stakeholders communications, and more).

SKILLS 🤹:

• 2-3 years working experience in managing projects in a complex multinational environment (project planning and controlling, financial management, risk management, communications management,...).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• MS Project advanced skills
• Advanced level of English is required

Nice to have:

• Sharepoint
• P360.

TASKS 🚀:

You will be supporting the Program/Project Managers with the following tasks:

• Planning – Create and monitor complex integrated program plans ensuring dependencies (internal/external to the program) are identified and effectively managed.
• Risk Management – Risk identification/control and administration of the Program’s Risk Register.
• Issue Management – Identifying Issues that threaten the Program and administer the Program’s Issue Register.
• Change Management – Ensuring that changes to the Program are controlled and managed effectively.
• Stakeholder Management – Ensuring stakeholders have been correctly identified and that their communication needs are met.
• Information Management – Manage complex data flows and ensure that the required information management systems maintain the safety and integrity of the Program’s data.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• Nowadays: 4 days by remote | 1 day on-site.
