We're looking for a Senior System Engineer with Veeva Vault profile, to provide services in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

TASKS🚀:

You'll be responisible for:

• System and solution development including basic planning, definition, technical architecture and implementation of our Enterprise Content Management systems (VEEVA Vault Quality Docs); maintaining the qualification/validation of the systems (following the GxP processes)
• You will use state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks to design and develop the features and services for our products to ensure that the systems and interfaces remain stable, efficient, effective, and secure.
• With your technical expertise and process knowledge you will serve as expert for the ECM systems with technical and organizational expertise in multiple areas towards colleagues outside of the belonging organizational area.
• You will be responsible for an efficient collaboration with the vendor service management, ensuring effective and efficient services for our global user community.
• By utilizing your technical expertise, you will architect and design innovative solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, natural science or Bachelor’s degree with multiple years of proven working experience in a related field

• Hands on experiences in Veeva Vault specifically Vault Quality Docs (Veeva White Belt certified) and development combined with the ability to seamlessly integrate with partner systems.

• Knowledge of the system and service processes of an IT organization (e.g. ITIL) as well as Computer System Validation (e.g. LeVa, GAMP5) principles
• Agile mindset driven by openness, respect and continuous learning including knowledge in agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills including the capability to create and maintain business relations and working with business partners, vendors and developers
• Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken. German would be a plus

 ♛ NICE TO HAVE: 

• Experience in the area of SAP ERP, SAP ABAP, Debugging and SAP Records Management are a plus
• German language would be a plus

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h Monday to Friday.
• 1 day per week assistance to the office | 4 days in remote
