We are looking for a “ServiceNow Consultant” who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.

TASKS 🚀:

• You will be in deep contact with the business to consult in their demands related with create/modify catalog items, ITSM processes, SecOps, HR case management and Reporting modules.

• In addition, you will need to connect with the DevOps factory in India and the process and product owners in the organization to build a solution and deliver in the agreed timelines and quality.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business consultancy in ServiceNow.
• Experience in user requirements collection, refinement and design of a high-level solution.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certificate is mandatory.
• ITIL Foundations or ITIL Intermediate is a plus.
• Development knowledge in ServiceNow is a plus.
• Knowledge in DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Customer-oriented but able to follow IT framework in regards to proposing solutions based on the Out of the box features of the tool.
• Fluent English.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 4 days by remote | 1 day on-site
• Possibility of 100% remote work
