Webcast / Streaming Event Production Specialist (pharma)
We are looking for a “Webcast / Streaming Event Production Specialist” who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS 🚀:
- From request to execution. End-to-end support for incoming webcast/streaming requests.
- Picking up requests from the ticketing system and dispatching them.
- Providing webcast links to the customer.
- Collaborating with the customer to understand their needs and run the show.
- Producing the event remotely or in person at the event location (hybrid events).
- Providing analytics to the customer.
- Trimming video recordings and providing them to the customer.
SKILLS 🤹:
- Experience in event production (virtual, hybrid and in-person). A background in an audio-visual company would be beneficial.
- High interest and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Valuable:
- Experience with vMix/Software Encoder, Teams Live Events and Teams NDI.
- Experience using Ticket-systems.
- Experience with vMix/Software Encoder, Teams Live Events and Teams NDI.
- Fluent English. German will be valuable.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
- 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 4 days by remote | 1 day on-site
