You would like to work in a global, multicultural and multilingual team as a Senior Validation Manager providing demand management, business consulting, project management and information technology services in a pharmaceutical multinational?

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION 🚀:

• You will participate in the definition and improvement of processes and tools as-is based on global definitions.
• You'll maintain validation status, validate global business applications, and improve and optimize global template solutions.
• You will work transversally with other members of the IT team and interface with the customer community to assist in supporting the delivery and application of underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity and improve processes.
• You will identify business needs, establishing scope and requirements, to offer innovative recommendations for process changes and/or technological solutions.
• Support the development and training of applicable Standard Operating Procedures as defined in the applicable Validation Plan
• You will keep the existing LeVa (Lean Validation) system lifecycle documentation (i.e. VP, URS, FS, RA, others) up to date ensuring that it is available following internal standards.
• You will be involved in the planning and execution of specific Development and User Tests.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION 🤹:

• Have a demonstrated level of technical understanding and proven knowledge for their area of responsibility and good knowledge of the Processes implemented in IT.
• Experience in the development and training of the applicable Standard Operating Procedures, as defined in the Validation Plans
• Excellent validation and (Lean Validation)LeVA skills
• Professional experience in IT consulting for pharmaceutical industry with focus on validation in GxP environment
• knowledge as SME (Subject Matter Expert) of validation processes
• Be able to maintain a fluent conversation in English since you will work with different teams globally.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• From Monday to Friday: 08 am to 17 pm / 09 am to 18 pm (flexible)
• 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
