We are looking for an  IT 1st Level Knowledge Management Agent who will offer service to our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company.

This person will act as the first point of contact and be responsible for first-level end-user support for the integration of new infrastructure, applications and software at a global level, ensuring a proper service implementation.

TASKS 🚀:

• Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer to the global first-level end-user support service.
• Drive the 1st Level end-user support service in own responsibility.
• Ensure Knowledge Base entries has been created and reviewed.
• Asure integration related trainings has been provided and reviewed.
• Support and provide process improvements related to 1st Level end-user support integration topics.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Experience working with Incident Workflow – System, providing technical support to end users.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira and agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum) is valuable.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
  
  • ITIL- Certificate is valuable.
• Good English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory (other languages are valuable)

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 4 days by remote | 1 days on-site
