IT support for Analytics and Digital Solutions (Junior)
We are looking for an "Analytics and Digital professional " who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS 🚀:
- Determine, use and follow up on the resources and measures needed for the project.
- Identify possible interactions with other projects or operations.
- Plan, organize and execute the different phases of the project: start, deployment, transition to daily activities of employees and formal closure of the project.
- Identify and cover risks, obstacles, changes and suggestions; and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and monitor indicators of project performance measurement.
- Prepare and communicate project evaluations.
- Experience in project management.
SKILLS 🤹:
- IT/Technical knowledge on Analytics , desirable in Power BI
- Collaboration tools: Sharepoint and Office 365.
- Project management.
- Functional knowledge on CRM key processes (incl. Channel Management) and related Master data.
- IT/Technical knowledge on CRM tools, desirable in Mobile Intelligence (MI) and interfaces with other systems (IE: SAP)
- Functional knowledge on Analytics and BI - CRM key processes and related key Master data.
- English as business language
- Spanish as mother tongue ideally.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
- 09h -18h from Monday to Friday
- 100% Remote or Hibrid.
